Chris Wilson is the Executive Chef at ONE80CENTER. Blending an understanding of wellness with input from our numerous dieticians & nutritionists, Chris works with our clinical professionals to craft individualized client meals – utilizing only the most organic and local grown ingredients to mix style with taste and healthy into wonderful.
Chef Chris Wilson’s inherent understanding of the bond between family and food has propelled him through the ranks of LA’s restaurant and catering industry, right into the kitchens of Hollywood’s elite. By presenting the new as familiar, Chris has established himself as an innovator, an artist and a trusted name in the world of celebrity private chefs.
After completing the Culinary Arts program at UCLA, Chris found his niche in the Los Angeles restaurant scene. For seven years Chris was a Chef and Consultant for three renowned Santo Pietrros Restaurants, where he managed the kitchens, created menus and established himself as an up and coming Hollywood chef.
Later, Columbia Pictures/Sony Music recruited Chris to be the private chef to all of their top executives. This high-powered position helped Chris move on to other distinguished positions at Granita, one of Malibu’s most famous restaurants, and then on to the CBS Studios where he was the Chef for the Executive Dining room. By the time he left CBS, Chris was in such demand that he began working as a personal private chef to some of Hollywood’s top celebrity families.
