Equine Therapy
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, commonly referred to as equine therapy, serves clients in identifying underlying issues. Horses are flight animals and as a result are able to read the energy of a client.
Equine therapy helps clients with boundaries, underlying anger and depression. Horses, in short, are great therapists. Research has shown individuals participating in equine therapy may improve their ability to problem solve difficult issues and promote healthy relationships.
