Creative Discovery Group led by Katherine Roberts

Creative Discovery is an expressive therapy that includes mindfulness, painting, sculpting, drawing, visual journaling and processing. This group engages the healing power of the arts that is inherent in each of us. The emphasis is on the creative process rather than on technique or expertise. It is an opportunity to express one’s self authentically and spontaneously in a safe environment. Creative Discovery helps recovering individuals express emotions, explore unresolved trauma and attachment issues that goes beyond words.
