How many times have you sent a client away to a program only to have the treatment center refer your client to another therapist at discharge? At ONE80CENTER, as a referring professional, you don’t give up your client for 90 days…you become a part of the treatment process. No one knows your client better than you so doesn’t it make sense that you should have a voice in your client’s treatment experience?

At ONE80CENTER, you remain the primary caregiver, taking the lead role in your client’s treatment team. These teams are custom built to the unique needs of your client. In addition to the assigned Clinical Coordinator, we utilize our relationships with treating professionals throughout the Los Angeles area who specialize in the treatment of substance abuse, process addictions, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders so that we can address the needs of the whole person. Trusting your experience with your client and leaning on your understanding, we create a team of professionals who address the client’s care from a 360 view. This model provides an environment for a seamless transition into and out of treatment.

As a leader of a Treatment Team, you are never working alone and are supported at every turn throughout your client’s experience at ONE80CENTER. Treatment Teams are established to help promote collaboration, feedback, brainstorming and the ability to focus on specialties with every member involved.

It is our belief at ONE80CENTER that Treatment Teams are also beneficial for our mutual clients. Utilization of our Treatment Teams ensures that clients get more attention, an increased level of engagement, and a higher quality of care.

A ONE80CENTER Clinical Coordinator is assigned to each of our clients, tasked with coordinating team meetings and communication, as well as maintaining and documenting the progress of your client throughout the treatment process.
