Community Outreach

ONE80CENTER believes empowering our clients to give back to those less fortunate is a beneficial part of their recovery. By volunteering within our community,  we enable our clients to build necessary skills that can translate in to their normal routines outside of treatment. Every week our clients are encouraged to participate in activities at GETT LOVE in Hollywood. GETT LOVE’s mission is to help the Homeless population of Los Angeles by distributing food, moral support and clothing to thousands of people yearly. GETT LOVE aims to create a sense of community and support for under-served people ,which in turn helps our clients receive the same benefits.  ONE80CENTER also partners with HABITAT for HUMANITY, whose volunteers help build homes for victims of floods, fires, earthquakes and other disasters. We feel the experience of helping others in our community is not only helpful to those in need but gives great benefit and pleasure to our clients as well and helps establish a great feeling of community within the client group and outside.
