Relaxed Restrictions

The Relaxed Restrictions is another example how ONE80CENTER avoids an institutionalized approach to recovery. We treat our clients like responsible adults once they become part of the ONE80CENTER community. We allow our clients to use their computers and cell phones because we understand that cutting a person off from the rest of the world does not foster true long-term recovery.

We have created a NO PET LEFT BEHIND program so entering recovery does not mean a client has to sacrifice or give away a beloved pet. All of our Relaxed Restrictions are focused around the idea of putting a halt to the damage being done by the disease of alcoholism and addiction.  At ONE80CENTER, we believe that entering treatment should never generate any additional negative consequences for our clients.

The Individualized Programs of ONE80CENTER go hand-in-hand with our Relaxed Restrictions. Since we meet each client where they are at, the Relaxed Restrictions reflects the client’s program. Rather than failing our clients by taking a generic institutionalized approach to recovery, ONE80CENTER believes in treating the whole person and not just the disease. Our Relaxed Restrictions are a direct result of this perspective.
